Some of you may have noticed a vessel cruising between the floats during the night. This vessel is the COMMISH 1, the first boat in the newly created Marine Division of the BC Corps of Commissionaires. This pilot project involves several marinas in False Creek pooling together to address water related security concerns. COMMISH 1 is outfitted with VHF(Channel16), cellular phone (970-6678)and is radio contact with both the FCHA and Granville Island commissionaires. For more details please contact the harbour office. |
