Q:
What is the policy on arrears? A: You have 20 business days to get the advance rate after your credit has expired. Users with a history of arrears must pay 3 months in advance. Arrears greater than 90 days go to collection.
Q: What is the policy on paying CFV rates ?. A: The user must provide proof that the vessel has a current active CFV license or pleasurecraft rates will apply. CFV rates apply from the date that the license was issued.
Q: What is the policy on locker rentals?s A: Questions? Comments? Concerns? Please send any of the above to False Creek Tidings at the address below. Thanks -Harbour Management Lockers can only be assigned to active CFVs (no D licenses). The applicant must be on the waiting list. Preference will be given to homeport vessels. All leasees must sign the locker contract.
Q: Are the berthage rates going up? A: There will be no increase in berthage rates this year. Every effort is being made to to prevent any increases in rates without reducing service levels.
Q: What is the policy on parking? A: Parking policy remains unchanged. Users are allowed one vehicle per boat. Parking is for harbour business only. All vehicles must have current licenses and insurance. Vehicles cannot be left for more than 72 hours. |
